Yes, Disney is 7 months away...for Thomas' 4th birthday BUT it was time to get planning! So, we had the family over for a planning session/party for our Magical Gathering! We all made Disney themed food and set our trip in motion. Now, hotels are booked, tickets purchased, days and meals planned out!! Yes, I am one of the most Type A people you will ever meet. We can make all reservations in a few months-it is marked on the calendar...
You can see from Barrett's expression that he was just as much into this as me!! 
And the cap? I graduated from the Disney Institute a few years ago when WellStar sent a group of us for work. So, I have a "Masters in Mickey!"
Our yummy food included: Hot Diggity Dogs, Under the Sae Bites, Minnie Mouse Cheesecakes, Aladdin's Freshly Swiped Bread and Mickey's Cheese Fondue, Poisioned Apples and Dip, Lady and the Tramp's Spaghetti, Happiest Punch on Earth, Pirate's Booty Corn Nuggets and Mickey's Cheese Puffs!

I have decided that you will plan our trip to Disney when we go. I did order the DVD...to get started. You have got this thing down to a science!!! The food...very cute idea!
